Overview

The Edge Delta destination is a single node for sending all data types to the Edge Delta backend.

incoming_data_types: log, metric, health, heartbeat, cluster_pattern_and_sample, source, source_samples, trace

It replaces the Edge Delta Archive, Metrics, Patterns, and Traces destination nodes. All new Fleet configurations include the Edge Delta destination by default.

You should not remove this node or delete links to it from default input nodes because this will disable Edge Delta web app functionality.
