You can contact the Edge Delta support team by email or using the Help Center:
Send an email to
email@example.com to create a support ticket. You can include multiple addresses in the CC list, which will be included in the support ticket.
There are support options in the Help Center. Click Help in the web app to view the Help Center.
To create a support ticket in the Help Center, click Support Request and complete the form. You can optionally upload a file.
To chat to a live agent, click Open Chat in the Help Center. If no agents are available a support ticket will be created for you.
Click Support Portal in the Help Center to open the support portal. When you log in to the support portal you can view existing support requests from everyone in your organization. You can also create a new support request.
