The Plan tab on the Admin page shows your current plan, credit balance, and daily consumption trends. Use it to understand how your organization consumes credits and to configure automatic credit purchases.

What is a credit?
An Edge Delta credit is a unit of consumption on the Edge Delta platform. Credits measure usage across the platform regardless of whether that usage comes from AI processing or data storage.
By default, one credit is equivalent to one US dollar. Volume and enterprise pricing is available — contact sales.
Credits are drawn from a single shared pool. Your organization’s credit balance funds both AI token usage and storage usage, so you can allocate spending based on your workload without managing separate budgets.
How credits are consumed
Credits are consumed in two categories:
AI token usage
AI models consume credits when they process queries, generate insights, and run AI Teammates. The cost per query depends on the foundation model used and the number of input and output tokens processed. Each model has its own per-token rate.

Rates are subject to change. Enterprise customers should refer to their order form for contracted rates.
Storage usage
Data stored on the Edge Delta platform consumes credits at a flat rate of 0.25 credits per GB. This rate applies equally to logs, metrics, and traces.
Note: Pipelines data volume is not charged under AI Teammates licenses.
Example
Consider an account with 20 credits per month. If the account consumes 8 credits in AI token usage and ingests 30 GB of logs (7.50 credits at 0.25 per GB), the account has used 15.50 of its 20 credits. The remaining 4.50 credits are available for either AI tokens or storage for the rest of the billing cycle.
How credits are provisioned
Credit provisioning depends on your plan tier.
Professional
Each seat adds 20 credits per month to the account at the start of every billing cycle. Seat credits do not roll over. If credits remain at the end of a billing cycle, the balance resets when the new cycle begins.
Professional accounts that pay by credit card can enable Auto Buy to automatically purchase additional credits when the balance runs low. Purchased credits are independent of the billing cycle and are preserved for up to one year. You can set a monthly spending cap to control automatic purchases.
Enterprise
Enterprise accounts receive a pre-purchased credit pool that depletes over the contract period. Credit packages and spend management are handled through account management.
Trial
Trial accounts receive 5 credits for a 14-day evaluation period. Credits are consumed by both AI token usage and storage usage during the trial.
Plan details
The header on the Plan tab shows your current plan name along with key account information such as renewal date, billing cycle, and user count.
Click Contact Sales to manage to reach the Edge Delta sales team about plan changes.
Credits panel
The credits panel shows your consumed credits against your total allocation, with a progress bar and percentage breakdown by category.
Daily usage limit
The Plan tab displays your current daily AI spend against the configured budget. Usage updates approximately every minute, so the figures reflect near-real-time consumption. It shows the amount spent, the total daily limit, a percentage indicator, and the next reset time.
Click Manage limit to open the Edit daily limit dialog. Enter a new value to increase or decrease the daily budget. This limit applies to all AI teammate activity across your organization.
Daily burn
The Daily burn chart shows credit consumption over time, broken down by AI and Storage categories. Use the date navigator to view different billing periods.
This chart helps you identify consumption spikes and forecast whether your credit balance will last through the current billing cycle.
Free plan
Free plan users see a simplified view with their credit balance and an expiration date.
